Hi! I’m Austin! I don’t know how to begin a story like this. You’re probably wondering who I am. Well I can pretty much guarantee I’m wondering a whole lot more who you are! I know who I am! I’m Austin Diamond! I’m an (aspiring) author & illustrator. I’m the founder of Running Readers. I’m going to tell you about my story. For that I’m going to be your teacher.
I live in Sherman Oaks, California, with my family. My Mommy and Daddy have always done so much for me. They’ve always encouraged me to dream. They’ve always told me that I should eat ice cream. Actually, they haven’t always told me that. But I don’t care. I’m going to eat ice cream. Because i’m going to bed re.
The birds and the bees! Rainbows and galoshes! I think when I really think about it I love pretty much EVERYTHING, everything that’s ever sung and ever will sing and I think if I really think about it the only way I can keep this from happening is if I don’t say anything. There’s so much happening in the world right now between all the diseases and famines and droughts and fighting and if there’s really one thing I can’t stand most of all it’s just that there’s so much fighting. People are dying all over the world and it’s not just people. It’s also the elephants. They’re also dying. I have a feeling in my tummy that I really can’t explain. I feel like for the first time in history there’s a story leaping out of me and I’m going to try to explain just why I think it’s important that I write to you today. I’ve been keeping quiet for a very long time. I’ve been hiding so the world doesn’t know my name. But I think it’s time that I save the world. I think I’m going to start today.
